Performance You Can Trust

Forget about ??off the shelf?? components. Every part of the 4Banger is proprietary. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. Thermal dynamics were fine-tuned using SolidWorks. Choose from four industry-leading beam patterns to meet your needs: SAE wide/Fog, Spot, Flood, and Combo.

All-Weather Ready

The white-output version is perfect for general visibility. If you're looking for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog, our Yellow-output version is a champ in tricky weather. We?ve chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right at the source?this is the best way to cut through particles in the air without sacrificing performance. (Filtering white light through a yellow lens may look good, but it doesn?t offer the same benefits in poor conditions.)

Built to Last

With great power comes great responsibility. We?ve put extensive effort into ensuring the reliability of our product. High power can lead to high heat, which is why the 4Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator, optimized through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and the potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and main gasket are all designed to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Morimoto offers a variety of application-specific mounting bracket kits for A-Pillars, making installation a breeze for many of today?s popular trucks. The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods were developed from the ground up to set a new standard in their category. The optional wire harness is no exception. Every component was meticulously designed without cutting corners for cost or simplicity. Enjoy a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with hanger, a specialized over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
