Performance You Can Trust

Inside the 4Banger, you won?t find any off-the-shelf components. Every detail is proprietary. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. Our thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks, and the 4Banger is available with four industry-leading beam patterns: SAE wide/fog, spot, flood, and combo.

All-Weather Capability

If you?re looking for all-around visibility, the white-output version is perfect. But if you need optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is your best bet. We?ve chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right from the source, effectively cutting through particles in the air without losing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, our approach ensures you get real performance benefits in challenging weather.

Reliability You Can Count On

With great power comes great responsibility, and we?ve put in the work to ensure the 4Banger is reliable. High power generates high heat, which is why we?ve equipped the 4Banger with a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator. This has been optimized through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and all internal components are designed to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

The Morimoto 4Banger LED Pods are built from the ground up to set a new standard in their category. The optional wire harness is equally impressive. Every component has been thoughtfully designed, with no detail overlooked. You?ll find a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
