When you're out there racing, you know every little detail counts. Sure, you change your oil filter and intake filter, but don’t forget about your Race Air Filter—it’s just as crucial. This isn’t just some random piece of gear; it’s your lifeline to clean, fresh air while you’re pushing your limits on the track.

The Race Air Boost replacement filter is designed to keep the dirt and fine dust at bay while ensuring that you get a steady stream of clean air. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen racers overlook this part, only to suffer later when their engine isn’t getting the airflow it needs. Trust me, having a clean filter can make all the difference in your performance.

What’s great about this filter is that it’s washable. After a day of tearing up the dirt, just grab your air compressor and blow out the grime from the inside out. Then, rinse it with warm water—again, inside out. Shake off the excess and let it dry completely before throwing it back in. I usually clean mine after every dirt outing and swap it out for a new one every season. It’s just good practice.

And here’s a little tip: always pair your Race Air Boost filters with the Race Air Aluminum Bonnet. It’s designed to work seamlessly together, maximizing your airflow and keeping things efficient.

Now, let’s talk hydration, because staying hydrated is just as important as having clean air. Enter Fluid Logic—a seriously slick hydration system that’s perfect for all motorsports applications. With just a tap of the LED-lit Microbutton, you can hydrate on the go, tailored to your exact preferences. It’s all about convenience when you’re in the heat of the moment.

This system comes in a Coaxial version, which connects magnetically through your forced air system, or you can opt for the magnetic Flush360 attachment right on the front of your helmet. It’s all about what works best for you. Plus, you can program it through your iOS device, adjusting the fluid volume, intervals, and strength to fit your needs. Talk about high-tech!

Just a heads up: the hose is sold separately, so make sure to grab that if you need it. The 1181 PCI Race Radios Fluid Logic 360 Hydration system is a game changer for anyone serious about their racing.

What is PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios has been the leader in off-road and racing communications since 1972. The company takes pride in its extensive field testing, competitive prices, unparalleled customer service, and simplified packages that make communications easy with unmatched support even after the sale. With more than 45 years of experience in the off-road racing industry, PCI Race Radios develops and tests all of its own products. The brand has a full-service technical repair shop at its headquarters in Long Beach, California, and provides trackside, mobile services to its desert enthusiasts at off-road races. PCI Race Radios supports the ASA, CORVA, ORBA, and the San Diego Off-Road Coalition. It also sponsors District 37, SCORE, SNORE, MDR, MORE, CORR, BITD, and provides desert racers with the Weatherman Relay Service.

PCI Race Radios is a family-owned company that is dedicated to taking the time to both “race and play.” The company tests its products on dirt bikes, motorcycles, quads, rock crawlers, race cars, Raptors, RZRs, Mavericks, and boats. It can, therefore, thoroughly understand consumers’ needs and offer hands-on recommendations from experience.

Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
