If you're serious about racing, you know that keeping your engine running smoothly is just as important as your driving skills. You've probably changed your oil filter and intake filter, but don’t forget about your Race Air Filter. It’s a key player in your setup that often gets overlooked.

Cleaning it is a breeze. Just grab an air compressor and blow the dirt out from the inside to the outside. After that, rinse it with warm water, again keeping the flow going from inside to outside. Shake off the excess water and let it dry completely before you pop it back in. I usually clean mine after every dirt outing, and I swap it out once a year to keep things fresh.

The Fluid Logic Coaxial system connects magnetically to your forced air system, replacing the Maglock, or you can use the magnetic Flush360 attachment right on the front of your helmet. It’s fully programmable through your iOS device, so you can adjust the volume of fluid, the intervals, and the strength to fit your personal needs.

Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
