  • Material: Constructed from a lightweight Carbon Fiber Composite Weave, ensuring a superior fit and comfort through advanced CAD design.
  • Ventilation: Features the “ACS” Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, providing full front-to-back airflow that effectively removes heat and humidity.
  • Wiring: PCI custom wired with large, high-watt speakers and a H2NO water-resistant pigtail and ear jack plug for reliable communication.
  • Microphone: Comes with a standard low-noise, low-gain microphone, with an option to upgrade to the Gentex Microphone for enhanced audio quality.
  • Vent Modification: The RaceAir modification includes channeled air vents for improved airflow efficiency.
  • Helmet Skirt: Pre-installed Velcro for easy attachment of a helmet skirt (sold separately).
  • Intercom Compatibility: Can be wired in Trax Stereo for Trax intercom systems with an additional $25 upgrade.
  • Head and Neck Restraint: All SA2015 and SA2020 helmets come with a 6mm back plate for straightforward installation of head and neck restraint hardware. Free installation is available upon request.
  • Noise Attenuation: Optional upgrade to noise-attenuating ear cups, custom wired for optimal sound quality. While they may be snug to fit, users have reported excellent noise cancellation once in place.

PCI Race Radios has been the leader in off-road and racing communications since 1972. With more than 45 years of experience in the off-road racing industry, PCI Race Radios develops and tests all of its own products. Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
