It connects seamlessly through your headset or helmet wiring kits. Just start talking, and it automatically lowers the music volume so you can be heard. Once you’re done, the tunes crank back up—no fuss, no hassle.

If you want to take it a step further, check out the Elite Plus Intercom. It’s got a sleek new look, anodized knobs, and Bluetooth volume control right at your fingertips. You can easily switch between jamming out and chatting it up.

For those who love their music, the Bluetooth upgrade is a game changer. It lets you stream your favorite tracks straight into your headset or helmet. There’s a central Bluetooth button that makes it super easy to pause, play, and even handle phone calls without missing a beat.

Did you just slap on a new exhaust or a roaring V8? You’ll want to consider the DSP (Digital Signal Processing) upgrade. This feature cuts out all the background noise, so you can focus on your voice. Just a simple touch on the intercom face lets you toggle DSP on for some peace and quiet or off when you’re ready to hear that beast roar.

When it’s time to communicate with other vehicles in your crew, just hit the included PTT (Push to Talk) button. Your headset or helmet wiring kit will let you chat without missing any important radio calls—music volume adjusts automatically, so you’re always in the loop.

Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
