This package seamlessly integrates an intercom system with Bluetooth capabilities, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite tunes while staying connected with your passengers and other vehicles.

  • Trax Plus Intercom: This unit allows for effortless communication between passengers without raising your voice. The intercom automatically lowers music volume when you speak, ensuring your voice comes through clearly.
  • Bluetooth with Volume Control: The full control interface allows you to manage your music easily. You can pause, play, skip tracks, and handle phone calls directly from the Bluetooth knob.
  • Digital Signal Processing (DSP): The DSP feature electronically filters out background noise, allowing for crystal-clear conversations. Activate it with a single touch when you need to focus on the road or deactivate it to enjoy the sounds of your engine.

  • Elite 4 conductor headsets and helmets will not connect to the 5 conductor Trax Stereo Cables. An adapter is available, but note that your mono headset or helmet will remain mono with the adapter.

Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
