Kenwood NX-1700 Radio

The system comes equipped with the Kenwood NX-1700 Mobile Radio, which is essential for UTVs with dual stators, such as the CanAm and RZR Turbo S. This radio features:

  • 50W output at 13.8V and 260 channels for extensive communication options.
  • 13A draw when transmitting (15A fuse recommended) and is IP54 rated for durability.

Trax Over the Head Headsets

Included in the package are two Trax Over the Head Headsets, featuring:

What is PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios has been the leader in off-road and racing communications since 1972. Who is Behind PCI Race Radios?

PCI Race Radios was started in 1972 when Bob Steinberger put communications in the vehicles of Bill Stroppe, Joe MacPherson and Walker Evans. At the 1974 Mint 400, Steinberger sent up three weather balloons with 500 feet of coax attached to them. It was that day when the first successful radio relay from a pit was made. Since then, Bob’s iconic status has spanned through nearly half a century of work with his communications brand, PCI Race Radios.

Bob Steinberger passed away in 2017, handing over the company to his son Scott, who has been racing since 1983. Scott Steinberger understands what goes into racing and the importance of quality (communication) products that help get you to the finish line.
