Permatex High Tack Gasket Sealant is an all-purpose, fast-drying sealant that dries to a highly tacky, non-brittle film. High Tack Gasket Sealant remains tacky indefinitely can be applied in advance for convenience in assembly and resists gasoline, oil, antifreeze, axle lube, kerosene, propane and butane.
Valve covers, fuel pumps, carburetors, manifold gaskets; Spray-A-Gasket seals all felt, cork, metal, paper, and rubber.
Directions: Apply a thin, even coat of High Tack to all surfaces. Cover all threads. Allow to set a few minutes before assembly. For convenient assembly, coat gaskets and bolts in advance. High Tackcan be removed with lacquer thinner. Keep tightly closed.
