This warranty does NOT cover inconsistencies due to the manufacturing process, damage caused by accident, improper care/installation, negligence, normal wear-and-tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and/or materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece (a fee will be charged for return shipping).

Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty include abrasions, scratches, color changing from heat in exhaust components and so on. Less common examples include flex-section wear over an extended period of time.
