This warranty does NOT cover inconsistencies due to the manufacturing process, damage caused by accident, improper care/installation, negligence, normal wear-and-tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and/or materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece (a fee will be charged for return shipping).
