Smart Fuel Pump Integration
The fuel pumps come equipped with integrated check valves, allowing the pump outlets to merge seamlessly into a single 10AN billet collector. For those who want to keep things connected, barb fittings are included to easily reconnect your OEM return and vent hoses.

Worried about high current demands? The custom-designed stainless electrical studs are here to save the day. They easily handle the power needs that typical bulkhead connectors can't manage. These connections are not only serviceable but also sealed to withstand all types of fuel. Plus, the low-profile design keeps everything neatly tucked under your OEM fuel tank cover, thanks to the provided foam insulation.
To avoid any accidental short circuits, nonconductive acorn nuts are included. The high-quality in-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE, ensuring durability. You'll find electrical hardware included for the fuel pump(s), OEM level sender, and OEM temperature sensor. If you're running a single pump, you can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring, but for those high-flow pumps, upgrading to larger gauge wire is recommended. Fuel pump wiring kits are available for purchase'just select the quantity you need based on your setup.
Fuel Starvation Protection
One downside of the original OEM system is its vulnerability to fuel starvation. Radium Engineering has tackled this issue by incorporating a unique siphon jet pump. This clever design uses a venturi effect to draw fuel from outside the sub-tank and deliver it directly to the pump inlets, ensuring that your sub-tank stays full no matter how you drive.
Venturi Jet Pump Features
- The redesigned siphon system eliminates restrictions on the return line while effectively scavenging fuel, allowing for higher flowing pumps without fuel pressure issues.
- The new venturi jet pump consumes between 15-45 LPH, depending on the current fuel pressure, so keep this in mind when sizing your fuel pump(s).
- An integrated high-flow check valve on the merged fuel pump outlet maintains fuel pressure even after the engine is turned off.
This fuel pump hanger is specifically designed for the Ti Automotive E5LM brushless fuel pump. Due to the pump height, you can install a maximum of 2 of these pumps physically. A popular setup is to combine both brushed and brushless pumps (E5LM) for optimal performance.
