Radium Engineering DMR Remote Mount Adapter Kit

The Radium Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) is your go-to solution for a compact yet high-performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator. Designed with a versatile mounting system, you can easily attach it directly to a compatible fuel rail port using the included 360-degree swiveling adapter, or opt for a remote installation away from the fuel rail. Its compact design is perfect for tight spaces, ensuring you don't compromise on performance. Plus, it's safe for use with E85 and other alternative fuels, making it a flexible choice for various setups.
Ports and Fittings
The main inlet port on the regulator features a female thread for 6AN ORB. Included in the kit is a swiveling double-ended adapter, allowing you to use the regulator with any compatible 8AN ORB fuel rail port, such as those offered by Radium Engineering. Keep an eye out for additional swivel adapters that will be available in the future. If you decide to mount the regulator off-rail, you can easily screw in other adapters to this port.
The return port at the bottom is threaded for 6AN ORB as well. The kit includes a 90-degree 6AN male fuel return fitting that can swivel 360 degrees, giving you plenty of options for mounting configurations. Should you need different adapter fittings for the return port, those are sold separately.
Enhanced Features
Unlike its predecessor, this DMR comes with two 1/8" NPT side port locations, perfect for connecting a pressure gauge, transducer, temperature probe, and more. Two 1/8" NPT plugs are provided to seal off any unused ports.
You can easily dial in your fuel pressure using the preloaded set screw located on top of the regulator. The kit also includes two interchangeable orifices with calculated flow diameters designed to match your fuel pump's flow to the regulator. This feature makes the DMR compatible with nearly any horsepower engine, while also minimizing diaphragm flutter and optimizing pressure stability. This design has been rigorously tested and can regulate over 1,200 liters per hour, ensuring reliable performance.
Important Notes
- Compatible with all gasoline and ethanol blends of fuel.
- Includes a 3AN vacuum signal adapter fitting.
- It's normal for pressure to bleed down when the fuel pump is turned off; this does not indicate a malfunctioning regulator.
This kit comes complete with a stainless steel mounting bracket for the DMR and alternative regulator inlet fittings, allowing for flexible mounting options away from the fuel rail, just like a standard aftermarket regulator.
