If you're looking to boost your fuel flow in the 2020+ Toyota GR Supra, the Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger is a fantastic choice. This kit allows you to keep the entire OEM direct injection system intact while adding an extra independent 39mm fuel pump. This is perfect for auxiliary fuel sources like port injection, giving you the flexibility to enhance your performance.

Compatibility Note

Just a quick heads-up: this modification isn't compatible with larger 39/50 DCCS pumps (like the Walbro F900002XX), but it does come with all the necessary provisions for a brushless pump.

How It Works

The magic happens when you integrate an additional fuel pump with a pre-pump filter sock into the OEM fuel collector basket. The new pump sends fuel out of the fuel hat through a low-profile 8AN male adapter fitting, ensuring a seamless flow.

Important Installation Details

This line needs to be regulated using a fuel pressure regulator (which isn't included), and you'll want to install a low micron aftermarket filter downstream. Don't worry, these components are available separately!

The returning fuel enters the fuel hat through a low-profile 6AN male fitting. It then flows into the OEM collector basket via a specially machined fitting assembly. Inside this assembly is a deflector that helps distribute the fuel evenly, preventing turbulence and unwanted foam.

Best of all, the direct injection fuel feed remains intact, and you won't need to make any modifications to the fuel tank.

Preventing Fuel Starvation

This system is designed to work harmoniously to keep the fuel flowing into the collector basket, ensuring that your pumps have a steady supply, even during those spirited drives. The internal pumps draw fuel from three different sources:

• The venturi jet pump fuel scavenged from the passive side of the tank
• The returned fuel from the fuel pressure regulators (both direct injection and port injection)
• The one-way fill valve located at the bottom of the OEM collector basket, which lets fuel in but not out

Plumbing Details

Port Injection Feed Port

The outlet on the fuel hat is female threaded for 8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring), and it comes with a male 8AN low-profile banjo fitting preinstalled. You can easily swap this out for an 8AN ORB fitting if you prefer.

Port Injection Return Port

The inlet on the fuel hat is also female threaded for 8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring) and comes with a male 6AN low-profile banjo fitting preinstalled. Again, this can be changed using an 8AN ORB fitting as needed.

Direct Injection Feed Port

An outlet fitting is included that mimics the SAE quick connect on the OEM fuel hat, making installation a breeze.

Electrical Components

The custom-designed stainless electrical studs can handle the high current demand that many compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors can't. These connections are hermetically sealed and resistant to all standard and exotic fuels. To prevent accidental short-circuiting, non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided. Electrical hardware for the fuel pumps and OEM level sender is included, and the in-tank wiring is insulated with high-quality, chemically resistant ETFE.

Note:

Pumps are not included, and external wiring for the additional port injection pump is also not provided.

Pump Compatibility

This fuel pump hanger is compatible with both brushed and brushless fuel pump options. It's designed to work with, but not limited to, the following fuel pumps:

• Walbro GSS342 255lph (requires 14-0143 filter per pump)
• AEM 50-1200 E85 pump kit (includes filter)
• Ti BKS1001 (brushless) pump kit (includes filter)
• ID BPC-1100 (brushless) pump kit (includes filter)

Compatibility Note:

Fuel pumps larger than 39mm, such as the Walbro F900002XX, Deatschwerks DW400, Bosch BR540, etc., are not compatible.
