This fuel pump hanger seamlessly replaces the stock fuel pump module, allowing you to configure it with 1, 2, or even 3 aftermarket fuel pumps. Installation Made Easy

The beauty of this setup is that the fuel pumps are positioned within the factory collector bowl. Fuel is drawn in through a mesh filter located at the bottom of the assembly, ensuring a clean and efficient flow. Plus, you won't lose any functionality'your factory Nissan fuel level float and low fuel switch will still work perfectly.

Fuel Pump Outlets & Configuration

All fuel pump outlets merge into a single 8AN female port on the top plate, making it straightforward to connect. Thanks to integrated check valves, you can stage your fuel pumps for optimal performance. The return port also features an 8AN ORB female port for easy connections.

Choose Your Pumps

There are various combinations of fuel pumps available, so you can select the best fit for your engine's power output and fuel type (gasoline, E85, etc.). Here's a quick rundown:

  • Walbro F90000267 E85 - Not available pre-installed.
  • Walbro F90000274 E85 - Available pre-installed.
  • Walbro F90000285 E85 - Not available pre-installed.
  • Walbro GSS342 255lph - Available pre-installed.
  • AEM 50-1200 E85 - Available pre-installed.

If you choose the "Pumps Not Included" option, the kit will come with everything you need to run 1, 2, or 3 fuel pumps, but you'll need to provide your own compatible pumps. Some assembly will be required.

Electrical Features

The custom-designed stainless steel electrical studs are built to handle high current demands, unlike standard compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors. These connections are hermetically sealed and resistant to all types of fuels, ensuring durability. Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are included to prevent any accidental short circuits.

Wiring Recommendations

Electrical hardware is also included for your fuel pump(s) and sensors, with high-quality insulation for the in-tank wiring. Here are some helpful notes:

  • Single Walbro GSS342 (255LPH) installations can reuse the OEM fuel pump wiring.
  • Upgrading the OEM wiring is recommended to ensure your pumps receive full power.
  • Select one for each aftermarket pump you install.

Fuel Hanger Surge Tank (FHST) Add-On

If you're concerned about fuel starvation, the Radium Engineering FHST add-on is the answer. Due to the saddle-bag style OEM fuel tank and limited baffling in late model Nissans, fuel slosh can be an issue during aggressive driving. This surge tank is designed to fit right inside your OEM tank, providing a straightforward solution to keep your fuel supply stable.

How It Works

The surge tank can accommodate 1 or 2 aftermarket pumps, including brushless options. With the addition of the fuel pump in the OEM location, you could have up to 3 pumps in your gas tank, all while keeping installation simple'no grinding or bending required. This system is also compatible with alternative fuels like E85.

Fuel Supply Sources

The surge tank is kept full from four different sources:

  • The high flow (low pressure) fuel pump in the OEM location.
  • The fuel returning from the fuel pressure regulator (FPR).
  • Fuel transfer from the integrated venturi jet pump siphon.
  • The 355LPH one-way fill valve at the bottom of the surge tank.

Electrical Setup for Surge Tank

External wiring is provided for installing one FHST pump, including a relay, fuse, and all necessary hardware. If you plan to add a second pump, just grab an extra fuse and relay. Consider the Radium 17-0031 DIY Wiring Kit for this.

Warranty

All Radium Engineering brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at Radium Engineering's option when it has been determined by Radium Engineering to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than radiumauto.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. Radium Engineering will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product. Standard ground shipping is used for all warranty transactions. Expedited shipping is available, but the cost difference must be paid by the end user in advance of the shipment.

Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to Radium Engineering for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected and returned to sender. Product must be received by Radium Engineering within 14 days of RMA's issue date. Please note that before Radium Engineering can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact [email protected] to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Radium Engineering. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Radium Engineering products, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or any other non-Radium Engineering brand products.
