Radium Engineering Fuel Rail for Mitsubishi Early 4G63

If you're looking to upgrade your Mitsubishi's fuel system, the Radium Engineering Fuel Rail is a fantastic choice that brings both performance and efficiency to your ride. Say goodbye to the restrictive OEM 2-bolt inlet flange, which has a narrow 0.22" (5.7mm) orifice. This fuel rail features all four ports utilizing -8AN ORB threads, allowing for smoother fuel flow and better performance.

Designed for Compatibility

This fuel rail is designed to work seamlessly with several Mitsubishi models, ensuring a perfect fit:

  • Mitsubishi Evolution I 4G63
  • Mitsubishi Evolution II 4G63
  • Mitsubishi Evolution III 4G63
  • Mitsubishi Galant VR4 4G63
  • Mitsubishi Eclipse (DSM) 4G63
  • Plymouth Laser (DSM) 4G63
  • Eagle Talon (DSM) 4G63

Smart Design Features

The Radium fuel rail reuses the three OEM mounting spacers (Mitsubishi MD095402), which helps to thermally insulate it from the intake manifold. To ensure a secure installation, phenolic washers are included for the stainless steel mounting hardware. Plus, the mounting bosses are designed to mimic the factory fuel rail, making it easy to secure any cables with the original brackets.

Port Specifications

This fuel rail is equipped with four threaded ports, each tapped for 8AN ORB. If you're wondering what an ORB port is, here are some useful links:

When selecting fittings, keep in mind that the type of hose and specific application will dictate your choices. Ensure there's enough space around the fuel rail ports for larger accessories like fuel pressure regulators, gauges, and pulse dampers. You can refer to the dimensional drawings on the product pages for a handy reference.

Aftermarket Injector Compatibility

This fuel rail features 11mm injector bores, specifically designed for OEM fuel injectors. If you're considering aftermarket options, just make sure they match the upper and lower O-ring sizes and overall length of the OEM injectors. It's a good idea to discuss this with your fuel injector manufacturer to ensure compatibility.

What's Included

This option comes with just the basic fuel rail as shown in the picture below. All necessary fittings will need to be purchased separately, making this a perfect choice for those looking to build a custom fuel system tailored to their needs.
