This kit fits seamlessly between the intake manifold and the lower runners on the cylinder heads, allowing you to use port injectors to provide that extra fuel your highly-modified 5.2L V10 engine craves. Rest assured, this kit works alongside the OEM direct injection system'it's not a replacement, but a powerful enhancement.

The fuel rails are crafted from CNC machined extruded 6063 aluminum, featuring a generous 0.69-inch (17.5mm) bore for optimal fuel flow. To ensure durability and a sleek look, they're anodized for oxidation protection and laser etched for a premium finish. Each end port of the fuel rails is equipped with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads, making installation a breeze.
Secure and Reliable Installation
We've included anodized 6061 aluminum mounts that securely hold the fuel rails in place, using flat head stainless steel hardware for added reliability. Plus, OEM quality gaskets are provided to ensure a perfect seal with your intake manifold.
Versatile Adapter Plates
The PIK adapter plates can double as simple intake manifold spacers if you choose not to use the fuel rails. All you need are the 2AN ORB plugs, which are readily available.
Fuel Injector Compatibility
This kit is tailored for specific top-feed fuel injectors with upper and lower O-ring spacing. Be sure the O-rings measure 14mm in diameter for a proper fit.

- This kit is compatible with all fuel types, including popular alcohol mixtures like E85.
- Since the PIK spaces up the intake manifold, minor adjustments to the throttle body coupler may be necessary.
- Please note that fuel injectors, port fittings, fuel hose, wiring, injector controller, charge pipe, etc., are NOT included in the 20-0865 kit.
- This kit is not compatible with the first generation Lamborghini Gallardo 5.0L engine.
- It also does not fit the second generation Audi R8 Type-4S upper or lower intake manifold, nor the Lamborghini Huracan upper or lower intake manifold.
