Smart Fuel Management
Thanks to integrated check valves in the fuel pumps, the outlets combine into a single 10AN billet collector. This means you can easily reconnect the OEM return and vent hoses using the included barb fittings'no fuss, just functionality!
Reliable Electrical Connections
Worried about high current demands? The custom-designed stainless electrical studs are here to save the day. They provide reliable connections that bulkhead connectors often can't match. Plus, these connections are sealed and resistant to all types of fuels, ensuring durability. The low-profile design keeps your wiring neatly tucked under the OEM fuel tank cover, using the provided foam insulation for added protection.
To prevent any accidental short circuits, nonconductive acorn nuts are included. The high-quality in-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE, and all necessary electrical hardware is provided for the fuel pump(s), OEM level sender, and OEM temperature sensor. If you're running a single pump, you can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring, but for optimal performance, consider upgrading to larger gauge wire. The Radium Engineering system addresses this with a unique siphon jet pump that uses a venturi effect to draw fuel from outside the sub-tank, ensuring your pump inlets are always fed. Venturi Jet Pump Features
- The redesigned siphon system eliminates restrictions on the return line while still effectively scavenging fuel, allowing for higher flow pumps without fuel pressure issues.
- The new venturi jet pump consumes between 15-45 LPH, depending on fuel pressure, so keep this in mind when sizing your pumps.
- A high-flow integrated check valve on the merged fuel pump outlet maintains fuel pressure even after the engine is off.
