This one (1) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company's products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. One (1) year after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement end caps or step pads.

Powder Coated Step Brackets - Limited Ten Year Warranty

This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, scratches or surface rust during the life of the product. This limited ten (10) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company's products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase. Ten (10) years after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement bracket kits.

Our products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgment as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation of such products. This warranty and CYC Engineering shall not be liable for any agreements or representations made by dealers or resellers of CYC products beyond what is stated here. This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company's products.
