Technical Design
The SR 18156-0 features a unique geometry that positions both shoulder belts toward the center Cam Lock, optimizing the harness's effectiveness when used with a HANS Device. This design minimizes the distance between the shoulder straps, which is typically 6-8 inches apart in conventional 4-point restraints. The integration with the vehicle’s existing safety system ensures that the airbag computer recognizes the harness as a restraint, activating the seat belt pre-tensioner in the event of an accident.

Installation Notes
These harnesses are intended for use in stock seats that have passed a seat back strength test. It is important to note that Quick Fit harnesses are not approved for use with fixed back or aftermarket seats, with the exception of the Cobra Nogaro and Recaro Pole Position ABE, which are approved for use in already verified vehicles.
