Unlike the Rallye 3 or 4, which have a quick disconnect buckle, the Rallye Cross has two independent shoulder straps that go straight to the mounting point. You can wrap them around a harness bar or bolt them down—whatever suits your setup best.
This harness is ideal if you're still rolling with stock seats and need a secure solution for track days, especially in cars where backseat access isn’t a concern. Just a heads-up: make sure those shoulder strap attachment points are sturdy. They shouldn’t be bolted to flimsy sheet metal or child seat anchors; you want something properly reinforced to keep you safe.

- Recent testing shows that Rallye Cross harnesses are now universal—no more left or right side distinctions. Keep in mind, this harness isn’t compatible with HANS or any head and neck restraint devices. Also, it might not meet the shoulder strap angle limits recommended by Schroth for all vehicles.
