Introducing the Texas Speed & Performance LS3 steel rocker arm kit—this is something I’ve been excited to share. If you’re looking to upgrade your LS engine, these rocker arms are a solid choice. They pack a punch when it comes to strength, outdoing the factory setup without weighing you down like some of those bulky aftermarket options. The roller tip design is a game changer, too, cutting down on wear and friction at the valve tip, which means a smoother operation and longer life for your engine.
What I really appreciate is how easy these are to install. They’re designed to work with your factory rocker arm pedestals, and it’s a straightforward bolt-on application for a bunch of LS engines—think LS3, L99, L76, L92, LS9, and LSA. Plus, they come with the TSP trunnion upgrade already installed, which means you’re getting quality bearings right out of the box. That’s something you want for longevity.
Just a heads up, though: when you install these, you’ll need to switch up your pushrod length. They’re about .175” shorter than what you’ve got now, so make sure to double-check your measurements during installation. It’s better to be safe than sorry, right?
