What I love about these headers is the 1-7/8" diameter tubing. It’s not just for looks; it’s designed to improve exhaust flow significantly. The CNC mandrel-bent construction ensures that you get the best possible flow and fit, which translates to better power and torque. And if you’re into the nitty-gritty, the 2.0 mm thick tubing is robust enough to handle whatever you throw at it.
The system comes with a 3" merge-style collector that features a welded O2 bung, which is a nice touch for anyone who’s into tuning. Plus, you get all the necessary band clamps to hook it up to your factory exhaust, making installation a bit easier. And they even throw in O2 extension harnesses and MLS exhaust gaskets, which is something you don’t always see.
Now, a word of caution: this setup is meant for off-road use only, so if you’re planning to cruise the streets, you might want to think twice. Also, if you’ve got a 2017 or newer model, be prepared for some cutting and welding at the rear of the x-pipe to connect to the axle-back exhaust. The factory pipe diameter changes, so it’s not a straightforward bolt-on for those years.
