The TSP-402SB-RESL from Texas Speed & Performance is a meticulously crafted resleeved short-block designed for high-performance applications. Built using a new Gen 4 aluminum block, this engine features Darton dry sleeves that offer superior tensile strength compared to standard GM sleeves. This means you're not just getting a block; you're investing in durability and reliability for your performance needs.

  • 4.00" stroke crankshaft with options for 24x or 58x reluctor wheels.
  • Choice of Wiseco, Diamond Racing, or Mahle pistons available in various bore sizes.
  • Fully machined and assembled at our facility to ensure top quality.
  • Includes 12 quarts of break-in oil to facilitate proper engine setup.
  • Optional upgrade to 1/2" head studs for those pushing high levels of nitrous or boost.

Technical Specifications

This short-block is designed for a maximum bore size of 4.125" if you plan on using power-adders. Here are some of the bore and stroke combinations:

  • 4.005" Bore x 4.00" Stroke = 403 CID
  • 4.03" Bore x 4.00" Stroke = 408 CID
