If you're looking to wake up your 4.8 or 5.3 LS engine, this Heads and Cam Power Package is what you need. We're talking about a solid boost in power—435 to 455 horsepower, depending on your setup. This kit is perfect for truck owners who want to crank up the performance without sacrificing drivability.

What You’ll Need

Before you dive into the install, make sure you grab a few extra components:

  • Basic Heads & Camshaft Bolt Gasket Kit

If your ride has Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Variable Valve Timing (VVT), you’ll also need:

  • DoD/AFM Delete Kit (you can find that here)
  • VVT Delete Kit (available here too)

Transmission Tips

For those with an automatic transmission, you’ll want a 3200+ stall torque converter to really make the most of this package. If you’re rocking a manual, the stock gears will work, but for better performance, consider upgrading to 3.73 or 4.10 rear-end gears.
