What sets this block apart? First off, both sleeve brands have a unique step design that keeps them securely in place. No one wants to deal with a sleeve that drops, especially when you’re cranking up the boost or running nitrous. With bore sizes ranging from 4.00" to 4.185", you’ve got plenty of room to play around with your build. These sleeves boast a much higher tensile strength than the standard GM options, and they’re thicker, which means they can handle the heat and pressure without distorting.

Now, if you’ve ever dealt with LS3 or LSA blocks, you know they come with those notoriously thin sleeves. That’s where this resleeved option shines. It’s perfect for anyone looking to build something that can take on serious horsepower without the risk of failure. And let’s not forget about the LS7 block—it’s known for those brittle sleeves that tend to crack under stress. Resleeving before you hit that breaking point can save you a lot of headaches and cash in the long run.

Just a heads up, this resleeving service is limited to Gen 4 LS and Gen 5 LT aluminum blocks. If you’ve got a Gen 3, you’re out of luck. And while we can help you get your block ready for some serious power, we don’t recommend going over a 4.125” bore size with any power adders. When you order, you’ll get the block with all necessary machine work done, but if you want it fully prepped and ready to assemble, make sure to select that option.

Thinking about adding cam bearings, cylinder boring, honing, or line honing? You’ll need to either grab a crankshaft from us or send in your own for proper measurement. We don’t take chances with measurements you provide; accuracy is key here.
