If you're looking to seriously amp up your LS7 setup, this fully CNC ported head kit from Precision Race Components is where it’s at. These 6-bolt, 285cc heads are made right here in the USA and pack a punch that’ll make your engine sing. Plus, you get to choose your camshaft, which is a nice touch for dialing in your performance.
Now, a quick heads-up: the LS7 runs a 1.8:1 rocker arm ratio, which is different from the typical 1.7:1 found in most LS engines. So, when you're picking out your camshaft, just keep that in mind. All the cam options we offer are tailored for that 1.8:1 ratio, ensuring you get the most out of your setup.
Thinking about timing? If you opt for one of the Cloyes timing sets, make sure to grab a three-bolt cam core as these are designed specifically for the LS7/LS9 dry-sump oiling system. It’s all about compatibility here!
These heads have been through extensive CNC and dyno testing, and let me tell you, they deliver.
