Now, just to be clear, this service doesn’t include the cylinder head castings themselves. You’ll need to send those in to us. Important Note:

Heads up—there’s a known issue with factory GM LT cylinder head castings where the factory valve seats can fall out. This can lead to some serious engine damage, so it’s something to consider before you go with stock castings. We recommend investing in our aftermarket LTx cylinder heads instead. Just a little caution from us, as we want you to avoid any potential headaches down the road.
