A blow off valve for the Mercedes or Infiniti 2.0L 4 cylinder is a great upgrade to improve your vehicle's performance and get that incredible turbo whoosh sound from your engine. The Vivid Racing blow off valve spacer has been engineered to fit between the turbocharger and the factory valve that releases pressure, also known as a "Priority Valve". In a typical turbo configuration, the turbocharger pressure is recirculated which can cause harmful compressor surge or slow down the spooling of the turbo. Changing a blow off valve from recirculating to atomosphere venting has been a common practice in turbocharger systems. Because of the design of the Mercedes turbocharged engines, there is no adverse affects from making this upgrade. Made from billet 6061 aluminum, the new valve features holes on either side that vent the turbocharger pressure to atmosphere between gear changes or when you let off the throttle. Anodized in black for a OEM look, the blow off valve spacer features a laser engraved Vivid Racing logo. The valve includes required o-rings for a air tight seal. Because there are no moving parts, this product does require any maintenance or adjustments.

Vivid Racing offers a 1 year limited warranty on (non titanium) products and a 90 day warranty on titanium products under the VR Performance brand which covers manufacturing defects that prevent the item from being used for its intended purpose and application. Damages or issues found that are not directly caused by a manufacturing defect are not covered under any warranty offered by Vivid Racing.
Vivid Racing reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage for the following reasons.

Please note: In order for any claim to be submitted, proof of professional installation or its attempt must be provided. All Warranty claims must be submitted for review. If approved, an RMA number will be provided which MUST be included in the packaging. If not included your returned product will be refused. All return shipping costs to and from Vivid Racing are the responsibility of the customer or distributor initiating the warranty claim. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty Vivid Racing will repair the product within original spec, offer a replacement, or refund if needed to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not cover any labor, services, or related products to our product.
