3-YEAR POWER STEERING GEAR & PUMP LIMITED WARRANTYBORGESON will repair or replace, at our option, any steering gear or pump found to be defective in either material or workmanship for 3 full years from purchase date. Any steering gear or pump that has been abused, altered, or incorrectly installed is not covered under this warranty. Any steering gear or pump used in competition is excluded from this warranty. BORGESON'S sole remedy shall be repair or replacement, no monetary refund will be granted. This limited warranty applies to any BORGESON steering gear or pump, which, after careful inspection by BORGESON, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. BORGESON will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by misuse of any product we sell.
THE WARRANTY HEREIN CONTAINED IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
