1. CAVALLO WHEELS warrants to the original retail or first customer purchaser that its wheels will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty for chrome plating covers only peeling and separation of the plating from the wheel. Surface corrosion must be prevented by proper care and is not warranted.

2. CAVALLO WHEELS' obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or, at CAVALLO WHEELS' option, replacement without charge except for transportation, of any wheel, which CAVALLO WHEELS' opinion is defective in material and workmanship. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation.

3.The CAVALLO WHEELS warranty is valid only for a wheel(s) purchased in the end when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid by the consumer purchaser together with proof of purchase. There is no warranty that the wheel is merchandisable or satisfactory for any purpose except such as in recommended in the CAVALLO WHEELS printed application guides; nor is there any warranty expressed or implied, except such as is set herein.

4.THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE WHEELS AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. NEITHER CAVALLO WHEELS NOR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO SELLS THE WHEELS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES WHICH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5.THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

• The product has been subject to misuse, damage in transit, accident, negligence, abuse, off road use, or has been repaired or altered in any way.
• The product has been installed on vehicles other than those for which the product has been approved.
• The wheel(s) have not been installed according to instructions.
• Wheels have been installed with other than CAVALLO WHEELS approved accessories such as center caps, lug nuts, hub rings, etc.
• The original sales slip is not provided for verification.
• The wheel(s) is not fit checked before mounting.
• Transfer of title by the original purchaser.

6. CAVALLO WHEELS assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, or other consequential expense.
