The EVO Manufacturing KSPEC Highline Tube Fenders are engineered specifically for the Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models, offering a blend of style and functionality that enhances the vehicle's off-road capabilities. These fenders feature a fully rolled tube design, structural gusseting, and increased tire clearance, making them an ideal upgrade for serious off-road enthusiasts.
Design and Functionality
Designed to seamlessly integrate with the Jeep's bodylines, the KSPEC Highline Tube Fenders maintain a clean aesthetic while significantly improving tire clearance. The tubing is fully rolled, eliminating straight sections to closely follow the natural contours of the vehicle. The result is a smooth, flowing appearance that enhances the overall look of your Jeep.
- 3.5 inches of additional width from the body for enhanced tire coverage.
- Increased wheel opening allows for larger tires with reduced lift requirements.
- Bottom of the fenders sits 3.25 inches higher than stock Rubicon flares and 5 inches higher than stock Sport flares.
- Compatible with 40-inch tires when paired with a 2.5-inch lift.
Construction Details
Built from a combination of 3/16-inch and 1/8-inch steel plate, the KSPEC Highline Tube Fenders are designed for maximum durability and strength. The use of 1.5-inch x .120-inch fully radius rolled steel tubing ensures that the fenders maintain their shape and structural integrity even in the toughest conditions. Each set includes additional bracing to ensure rigidity and support.
- Stainless steel mounting hardware is included for a secure installation.
- Available in raw steel, allowing for customization with prep and paint.
- 3/4-inch LED turn signals included (installer wired).
- Installation time is estimated at 2-4 hours.
