If you're looking to swap out those stock carbon ceramic discs on your Lamborghini Huracan, the Girodisc iron rotor conversion is a solid choice. This isn't just a simple swap; it’s a direct replacement that comes with caliper spacers to make the transition smooth. The size difference is noticeable too—our rotors are 394mm compared to the OEM’s 380mm, giving you a bit more stopping power.

What really sets these rotors apart is the construction. The central hat section is crafted from U.S.-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, so you know it’s tough. The disc itself is made from our proprietary cast iron, all poured and machined right here in the USA. We’ve put a lot of thought into the design, using a curved vane setup that’s inspired by racing. This design acts like a centrifugal pump, pushing cooling air through the disc to keep things from overheating during those spirited drives.

Now, let’s talk about the floating mount system. It’s got 12 high-strength alloy steel drive pins, all made in-house to our specs and cadmium plated for durability. These pins handle the load during braking while allowing for axial and radial float between the hat and the disc. We’ve also included class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers to keep everything secure. And to keep things quiet when you first hit the brakes, we’ve added anti-noise spring washers that let the rotor expand with heat but prevent that annoying rattle you sometimes get with floating rotors. Plus, this float helps the rotor self-center between the pads for consistent performance.

Purchaser acknowledges the Product is for off-road racing use only. The nature of off road racing involves significant risk, and the conditions under which the Product is used and types of use of the Product are many depending on factors such as installation and use. Due to the inherent risk of the activity in which the Product is used, the Purchaser understands and agrees the Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product, specifically, the warranty is limited to the following specification: less than .0015” runout and less than .0003”disc thickness variation.

If Purchaser provides Seller with written notice of any condition inconsistent with the specification set forth above on or before six (6) months from the date of delivery and complies with the return requirements set forth in Section 6, then Seller will, at its election either:
  • Provide a replacement Product, or
  • Refund the purchase price.
This limited warranty does not cover, and Seller will not pay for, or provide, labor or materials that which may be necessary to remove a Product or install a replacement Product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the Product or return of the purchase price.
