We're talking about a rotor that's 330mm compared to the OEM 320mm—so you get more braking power and better cooling. That means you can hit the brakes harder without worrying about overheating.

What sets these rotors apart? For starters, the central hat is crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, sourced right here in the U.S. This stuff is aircraft-grade, so you know it’s tough. The rotor itself is made from our proprietary cast iron, all poured and machined in-house at Girodisc. We don’t cut corners when it comes to quality.

Now, let’s talk about the design. These rotors feature 48 curved directional vanes. Yeah, they’re engineered with racing in mind to act like a centrifugal pump, pushing cooling air through the disc. That means you can keep your performance up even during those intense driving sessions.

The floating mount system is another highlight. It uses 10 high-strength alloy steel drive pins that we manufacture ourselves, ensuring they meet our exact specs. These pins take the load from braking while allowing the rotor to float axially and radially, which is key for performance.

Worried about noise? We’ve got you covered. The pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers that let the rotor expand with heat without the annoying rattle of floating rotors. This design also helps keep the rotor centered between the pads, which is crucial for consistent braking performance.

Purchaser acknowledges the Product is for off-road racing use only. The nature of off road racing involves significant risk, and the conditions under which the Product is used and types of use of the Product are many depending on factors such as installation and use. Due to the inherent risk of the activity in which the Product is used, the Purchaser understands and agrees the Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product, specifically, the warranty is limited to the following specification: less than .0015” runout and less than .0003”disc thickness variation.

If Purchaser provides Seller with written notice of any condition inconsistent with the specification set forth above on or before six (6) months from the date of delivery and complies with the return requirements set forth in Section 6, then Seller will, at its election either:
  • Provide a replacement Product, or
  • Refund the purchase price.
This limited warranty does not cover, and Seller will not pay for, or provide, labor or materials that which may be necessary to remove a Product or install a replacement Product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the Product or return of the purchase price.
