The rotor itself is made from our special cast iron blend, poured and machined right here in the USA. It’s not just about looks; that design features 48 curved directional vanes. These bad boys act like a mini centrifugal pump, pushing cool air through the disc to keep temperatures down during those spirited drives.

The floating mount system is where it gets really interesting. We use 8 or 10 high-strength alloy steel drive pins, all made in-house to our specs and cadmium plated for that extra layer of rust protection. These pins manage the load from braking while allowing a bit of axial and radial movement between the hat and the disc. It’s a smart setup that helps reduce noise when the rotors are cold, thanks to anti-noise spring washers that let the rotor expand with heat without rattling around. Plus, this floating design helps the rotor self-center between the pads, which is a nice touch.

When it’s time to replace your rotors, it’s a simple swap—no need to mess with the whole system again. Just pop in a new cast iron rotor and you’re back in action.

Purchaser acknowledges the Product is for off-road racing use only. The nature of off road racing involves significant risk, and the conditions under which the Product is used and types of use of the Product are many depending on factors such as installation and use. Due to the inherent risk of the activity in which the Product is used, the Purchaser understands and agrees the Seller provides a limited warranty for the Product, specifically, the warranty is limited to the following specification: less than .0015” runout and less than .0003”disc thickness variation.

If Purchaser provides Seller with written notice of any condition inconsistent with the specification set forth above on or before six (6) months from the date of delivery and complies with the return requirements set forth in Section 6, then Seller will, at its election either:
  • Provide a replacement Product, or
  • Refund the purchase price.
This limited warranty does not cover, and Seller will not pay for, or provide, labor or materials that which may be necessary to remove a Product or install a replacement Product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the Product or return of the purchase price.
