Parts purchased used or purchased through unauthorized distribution channels will no longer carry a warranty whatsoever. Buyer shall notify GTHAUS immediately upon discovery of any product defect.
Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer’s expense. We will replace all defective items that meet our return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure.
