PERFORMANCE FRICTION CORP, guarantees that all new manufactured goods sold are: (1) to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship when delivered, and (2) the material and workmanship of all reconditioned goods will be in conformity with the industry's recognized best commercial practice at date of manufacture. Duplicate items will be furnished F.O.B. our plant to replace parts found to be defective in material or workmanship provided such defects were existing at time of delivery and are reported to us within 60 days after delivery. No charges will be allowed for damages, delays or any other expenses caused by such defects or errors and no goods shall be returned to us without prior consent. Misapplication of any PFC product, abuse, or lack of adherence to standard usage guidelines shall void all warranties.
