If a PRL Motorsports branded product is covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product, without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does NOT cover inconsistencies due to the manufacturing process, damage caused by accident, improper care/installation, negligence, normal wear-and-tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and/or materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece (a fee will be charged for return shipping).
Please note all PRL Motorsports products are designed for off road use only. It is up to the user and/or installer to determine fitness for any other application. Manufacturer can't control the severity of off road terrain, your driving habits, quality of your installation and offers no warranty as to fitness or performance for a particular application. Less common examples include flex-section wear over an extended period of time.
