AERODYNAMICS
The SP1 CARBON was developed with extensive wind tunnel testing to achieve ideal aerodynamics and optimum air flow. It offers a perfect aerodynamic balance that can be customized with various spoilers and ventilation scoops to meet the requirements of every type of racing.
12 VENTILATION CHANNELS ON THE SHELL
Optimum circulation is achieved through aerodynamic design and air flow channels built into the EPS, which provide the ideal flow for intake of cool air and exhaust for hot air.
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM READY
Cable channels in the cheek pads are provided for easy installation of radio communications. A full selection of plug&play integrated electronics are available as an option.
3 MM THICK VISOR 3D INJECTED
Injected visor directly derived from F1 expertise. Twelve different visors available from transparent to dark with several mirroring and multi-layer mirroring coating options. All standard visors are Pinlock® 120 lens equipped for optimum fog resistant performance. Tear-off buttons are also installed.
FULL CARBON SHELL
An exclusive, autoclave cured, carbon fiber shell handcrafted to provide a unique helmet combining light weight, solid construction and superior safety in the iconic design. Every SP1 CARBON helmet is produced in our own factory in Italy, by the same hands that produce the masterpiece SF3 FIA 8860 - 2018 ABP helmets used by several F1 drivers.

Schuberth GmbH is a German manufacturer of protective headgear, producing helmets for the Bundeswehr, Formula One, motorcyclists, and industrial workers. The company was established in 1922 in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony, and has produced safety helmets for 90 years. Schuberth produces motorcycle helmets designed specifically for aerodynamic performance, as well as the helmets BMW Motorrad provides under their own brand name.
Over seven decades, Schuberth GmbH has represented this. Since the 1940s, they have been manufacturing various types of protective helmets. Beginning in 1954, motorcycle riders were allowed to wear Schuberth helmets, which was the beginning of a successful story that continues to this day. Since the company's inception, numerous motorcycle helmets have been manufactured and sold. Today, Schuberth develops and manufactures, in Magdeburg on the Elbe, helmets for worker protection, police, fire departments, Formula 1 racing, and motorcycles. Schuberth helmets are trusted by renowned Formula 1 pilots as well as numerous lifesavers and protectors from various professional fields. Currently, Schuberth helmets are exported to 55 countries around the world. Since 2010, North America has been covered by the company's US subsidiary, where there are subsidiaries in Italy and Thailand, in addition to the United States. They are continually expanding their international presence and conquering new markets. Schuberth intends to increase their market share in the foreseeable future and is adjusting their business accordingly.
In the Magdeburg factory, there are more than 370 employees. Their engineers are continually developing new solutions and conducting research in their own wind tunnel. The helmets are tested on the climate rig or in the acoustics laboratory to ensure that they are flawless in every detail. They adhere to a strict environmental policy that not only enables them to register and monitor the environmental effects of their products and production processes, but also to optimize these effects on an ongoing basis. In this regard, they are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certified. All Schuberth helmet padding and interior features are Eco Tex 100 certified. All interior components, including polystyrene, plastics, and adhesives, are tested in independent laboratories for their compatibility with the skin and selected for their health and safety. Typically, solvent-free varnishes and paints are used to give helmet shells their glossy or modern matte exterior finish. Their machine suite is continuously inspected and updated to conserve energy and resources. They are currently implementing energy-efficient LED technology for plant hall illumination, waste-free production process development, and a comprehensive health management program.
