This lifetime warranty is limited to the original purchaser under conditions of normal usage and applies to all G.T. Styling products, which have been properly installed per provided instructions. Examples of defects may include: material imperfections, warping or fit problems at installation. Damages due to vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper installation, scratches or road hazards, (such as: impact, road debris or breakage due to improper consumer handling), are not covered. Seller’s and manufacturer’s only obligations shall be to replace the product proved to be defective. Labor charges, injuries or any other loss or damages whatsoever, including those incurred in installation, paint or painting of GTS products, repair or replacement, as well as incidental damages are excluded. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by officers of the seller and manufacturer.
